I grew up an athlete with a love for sports. I focused my passion for health and fitness and became a certified Personal Trainer in 2013. My creative approach to functional training allows me to work with a wide variety of clients. My goal is to more than simply "train" clients. I look to educate and motivate each individual and encourage them to live a healthy balanced lifestyle.

I was struggling to lose the last 10-15lbs after having my daughter then a friend of mine recommended I check out Emily’s Mom and Baby Bootcamp. I was a little hesitant at first because my knees have always been weak and often sore. But within 6 weeks Emily was able to turn my weakness into my strength, I shed that last 10lbs and gained some amazing strength. I went from barely being able to do a 30 second plank, to being able to do 2 minutes easily. I can’t say enough great things about Emily and her training style. She made it fun for me and her positive energy and supportive nature makes for the perfect trainer. Now being pregnant again, Emily is supporting my through this pregnancy and I can't wait to see the kind of results I can get this time around postpartum.

It’s a full on holistic experience of body mind and soul connection. healing evolution. equally as fun as it challenging. always fresh and flowing. and pretty much a guarantee that I’m gonna feel it in my body the next day! probably in areas that I didn’t even now existed. which I love!!!
